YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
As part of our support team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, helping individuals live fulfilling and active lives. This includes:

Supporting clients to access the community

Encouraging engagement with daily living skills

Identifying individual needs, goals, and preferences
-
Providing personal care where required
Support may also include everyday activities such as:

Accompanying clients to the gym

Light household cleaning
-
Shopping and community outings
You’ll be supporting adults and young adults with:

Learning disabilities
-
Physical disabilities
-
Complex needs
-
Brain injuries
-
Challenging behaviour

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a support worker or similar role within the last 3 years
-
Full UK Driving Licence (advantageous)

Experience or background in Psychology (desirable)
-
Willingness to become self-employed
