A: All of our support staff at NSS are fully vetted, referenced and have right to work checks in the onboarding process -

NSS manage the following on your behalf:

  • Invoicing

  • Support worker documentation which includes:

                      -Liability insurance 
                      -Business car insurance
                      -Full Enhanced DBS (including the update service where required)
                      -Yearly mandatory training

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR NSS TO SOURCE A SUITABLE CANDIDATE?

A:This can vary due to several factors such as-

  • Location

  • Hours required by the client 

  • The complexity of the case

We aim to  source, onboard and place a support worker on a case within 2- 8 weeks of receiving the initial referral.

A:We will provide  you with our standard rates at the point of enquiry, once we have sourced suitable support staff for your case or client,  we will then be able to give you  more accurate costs as each case is unique.
