Care Assistants

We are dedicated to improving quality of life, promoting maximal function in the home and the community, and helping clients reach their goals. We work closely beside case managers, therapists and personal injury solicitors.

We understand that each case and client is unique and that not one care plan fits all-

our services can include anything from cleaning, meal preparation, hygiene, supervision.

SERVICES

NSS receive a referral with the relevant clients information.

NSS have a “Referral form” which allows us to recruit specifically for each and every clients needs.

The more information we require the easier it is for NSS to be able to recruit on your behalf.

NSS check current Support staff in that particular area, to see if any appropriate workers are available.

If no staff are available, NSS will recruit Support staff on your behalf FREE OF CHARGE using our recruitment strategies.

NSS will strive to recruit someone as quickly as possible- this can take up to 8 weeks or potentially longer if the case is complex or in a remote area.

Once a suitable candidate has been sourced and has been processed, we will pass on their CV an contact information.

If the client is happy with the support staff CV -we will then move to the next stage to arrange a Meet & Greet between the Support Worker & Client.

Once a “Meet and Greet” has taken place between the Support Staff/Client and we have mutually confirmed the client is happy to proceed, NSS will send Costings & our Terms Of Business ,and Support work can commence.

If you have any Support Plans or Risk Assessments please share them with NSS and/or our support staff and NSS will supervise our staff to ensure that the goals set out are being achieved.
