2. REFERRAL & SUPPORT
If you haven't already downloaded the form, we will email one to your preferred address. Within 24 hours, a member of our team will follow up to ensure you have everything you need and to answer any initial questions.

3. STAFFING REVIEW & BESPOKE RECRUITMENT
Once we receive your completed form and supporting documentation, we immediately check for available staff within the client's local area. If we do not currently have a staff member nearby, we will begin a bespoke recruitment process at no extra cost to you. We will then contact you with any suitable candidates to ensure a perfect match.

4. EXPERT MATCHING
We carefully match the client with a rehabilitation assistant based on the specific skills, experience, and personality traits required for their unique care journey.

5. MEET & GREET
We facilitate an informal meeting between the client and the assistant. We believe that a strong, positive working relationship is the foundation for the best possible outcomes, and this step ensures everyone is happy to move forward together.

6. SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Once the package is confirmed and the Terms Of Business forms are signed, our specialized support services officially begin.
