Q: In what areas do NSS provide support staff?

A: NSS provide support staff and unique support packages all across the UK.

Q: What are the minimum hours that NSS will recruit for?

A:No less that 10 hours per week- however if you have a client that require less hours, please do not hesitate to contact us as we will endeavour to do our best to source a suitable candidate.

Q: What services does NSS offer?    
A:  NSS is an introductory/recruitment agency, recruiting & introducing Personal Assistants, Rehabilitation/support workers, Senior Support Workers & therapy assistants across the UK  that cover everything from short-term to long-term illness.

We are dedicated to help source dependable care professionals on behalf of:

Q: What makes NSS unique?    

A: NSS is committed to providing customized support solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Unlike other Introductory/ Recruitment agencies- our services are free of change until we source suitable support for your client- with no up front costs!

Q: NSS provide self employed support staff- what do you manage on our behalf?    

A: All of our support staff at NSS are fully vetted, referenced and have right to work checks in the onboarding process -

NSS manage the following on your behalf:

 

  • Recruitment 

  • Invoicing

  • Support worker documentation which includes:

                      -Liability insurance 
                      -Business car insurance
                      -Full Enhanced DBS (including the update service where required)
                      -Yearly mandatory training 
                      -Any Ad Hoc training needed to aid the clients Rehabilitation

  • Supervision 

  • Human Resources

Q: How long does it take for NSS to source a suitable candidate?

A:This can vary due to several factors such as-

  • Location

  • Hours required by the client 

  • The complexity of the case

We aim to  source, onboard and place a support worker on a case within 2- 8 weeks of receiving the initial referral.

Q: How much do your services cost?

A:We will provide  you with our standard rates at the point of enquiry, once we have sourced suitable support staff for your case or client,  we will then be able to give you  more accurate costs as each case is unique.
